Group bookings

Booking conditions:

  • Duration: All standard bookings are strictly for 2 hours.
  • Group Size Limits: Mezzanine bookings capped at 12.  Laneway groups up to 30 are comfortably accepted. 
  • Cancellations: Requires 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee of $20 per person.  We have to pay staff who we roster on for you, regardless if you show up or not.
  • Food, Cake and BYO: External food and BYO (alcohol/food) are accepted by arrangement only.
  • Surcharges: A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays, and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
  • Minimum Spend - 
    • Garden Laneway (exclusive use) with bar facilities is $2,000. Credit Card details required at the time of booking.
    • Garden Laneway bookings are booked for a maximum of 2 hours (non exclusive use).  For groups of 12 or more a minimum spend of $500 is required to use the space.
